I feel that a proper introduction is only right. I mean, you’re here so that must mean you are interested in knowing more about me right?
Well, let me say that this very question is one that I am still figuring out in real time. See, I go by Lola Marie on social media, that’s my alter ego I’ve had for a long time and I like the way it sounds. However, I feel that if I am going to be authentic, I have to go by my real name. I guess in a way I have been hiding myself from the real world. I’ve been playing it small as to not step on any toes, and to be even more honest, I have allowed life and relationships/situation ships/fuck ships take me off my pivot too many times.
It’s jarring to realize that you’re almost 40 and still figuring this life shit out. I’ve lost so many years of my life enmeshed in things that I shouldn’t have even given a second thought to. Nonetheless, here we are.
I could tell you many things about me to help you know who I am, but at this specific point in time, I’m still figuring this out myself…. however… I invite you on this roller coaster of a journey with me.
